Amy Bryan, CEO/President (BOD)

Amy has over ten years of experience with Disaster Recovery Services. Amy gained important skills in management and negotiations while serving as Special Assistant to the Poarch Creek Indians Tribal Chairman. Amy is active in tribal affairs and she sits on the Poarch Creek Indians Gaming Board. Known for her integrity and work ethic, she believes in the mission statement. “Community Recovery Service Inc. is a family operated business, specializing in earthwork, disaster recovery and general contractor services. Our employees and management are held to the highest standards of professionalism, dedicated to exceeding client expectations with honesty, integrity and the delivery of service excellence.”

Stephanie Nelson, COO

Stephanie brings a strong corporate management background to CRS and is fluent in three languages. She has been working both domestically and internationally for some of the largest services companies in the world. Last year Stephanie resigned her Software Services Sales Director position with IBM in Latin America to assume the daily operations of Community Recovery Service, Inc. Through her guidance CRS has stream lined operations and is poised to provide professional and cost effective services to the Southeastern region.

Gerald Krafka, P.E., Chief Engineer

Gerald received his degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University Of Texas A&M in 1968. He brings thirty plus years of engineering experience and construction management and contract administration to bear on every CRS project. Gerald has his General Contractors License’s in many of the Gulf Coast states and he is invaluable to CRS in estimating equipment, manpower, and operating costs essential for accurate pricing for the preparation of proposals.

Jim Gilbert, Director of Business Development

Jim has thirty years of business experience spanning several industrial sectors. He has worked as the Director of Business Development for General Electric Power Services in Buenos Aires, managed multiple power plants of various technologies including gas turbines, biomass fired boilers, diesel engines, and geothermal. He has also owned and operated a timber harvesting company. Jim provides project management support and develops new business opportunities for CRS.

Stacie Walther, Accounting Manager

Stacie is a graduate of Auburn University and has worked eleven years in accounting for a telecommunications firm in Alabama in accounts payable and cash management. She has recently joined CRS as Accounting Manager and has proven to be a valuable asset to the team. Stacie’s comprehensive understanding of the cash flow and billing processes have enhanced CRS’ accuracy and response times dramatically.
